1. General Information

Blend Naturopathy provides naturopathic consultations and related services for wellbeing and education. All information provided during consultations, in resources, or on this website is general in nature and not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, lifestyle, or medications.

2. Consultations

  • All consultations (in-person and online) must be booked in advance.

  • New clients are required to complete an intake form before their initial consultation.

  • Consultations are strictly confidential and your information will be managed in line with our Privacy Policy.

3. Payments & Cancellations

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend, will be charged the full fee.

4. Online Consultations

  • Telehealth sessions are conducted via secure online platforms.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection.

  • Blend Naturopathy is not responsible for any technical disruptions on the client’s end.

5. Supplements & Products

  • Any supplements or products recommended are optional.

  • If purchased, they cannot be returned or refunded once opened.

  • Please check with your GP or prescribing doctor before starting new supplements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blend Naturopathy does not accept responsibility for any injury, illness, or outcome arising from the use of advice, supplements, or resources provided. Clients engage in naturopathic treatment at their own discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All written material, resources, eBooks, and guides provided by Blend Naturopathy are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without permission.
